CAN I GET FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON MY ORDER?

Yes. We successfully ship many products worldwide every day. Also, we offer FREE International shipping on all orders!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our products are housed in multiple fulfilment centres in the US, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our orders ship from these warehouses, depending on your location and inventory levels. 


Orders are shipped out 1-6 days after purchase, and a follow-up email, containing the tracking information and estimated delivery dates will be sent 5-8 days after your order has been placed. Alternatively, we have a tracking plugin on our order summary page which you may utilise to track the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our prices are   significantly lower  than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we'll work our hardest to ensure you get what you ordered as fast as our kitty reflexes allow!

HOW DOES SHIPPING & TRACKING WORK AFTER I CONFIRM MY ORDER? 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a   confirmation email  to indicate that we have received your order, and have authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, a second  email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent. The tracking number can occasionally take a few days to update, but once you have received the email, you can be sure that your order is on its way to you!

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Kindly check the spam or junk folder in your email inbox. If you are still unable to find it please do not hesitate to shoot us an email at the   Contact Us  page.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Pawspurous is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE

When you order multiple items we often utilize separate distribution channels to keep up with the demand. Therefore, multiple items may be shipped separately and you may receive one item before the next. So do not panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Feel free to shoot us an email at   Contact Us  if you have any further enquiries. 

FURTHER ENQUIRIES

Although we try our best to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible, we can't always guarantee specific timeframes and are not responsible for any delays in shipping (as once the order is accepted by the carrier, it's then in their hands). But please shoot us an email should you not receive your item within 3-4 weeks and we'll be happy to look into it for you. Holidays and weekends can occasionally add slight  delays  but isn't an issue for the vast majority of our customers.
